1) A 10,275m2 privately owned site at Lagonisi, Larimna,
in the Prefecture of
Fthiotida, which includes:
• 220m2 warehouse
• 131m2 office building
• 1,220m2 hatchery
• 1,280m2 housing for prefattening tanks
• 220m2 fresh fish packaging unit building
• 60m2 guardhouse
2) 4 hectares of leased land at Gatza, Opountio, in the Municipality
of Opountioi, Fthiotida for the establishment of inland support
facilities, which house a 120m2 warehouse and a 60m2 guardhouse.

company’s inland facilities comprise a building complex of 3,100m2
set in a 10-hectare area and include: Hatchery, Packaging Unit,
Warehouses, Offices and Other Facilities.

IN-SHORE FATTENING UNITS
1) Aquaculture unit for the farming of sea bream and sea bass and
other new Mediterranean species in a 40-hectare in-shore area in
the region of Lagonisi, Larimna.
2) Aquaculture unit in a 25-hectare in-shore area at Akrotiri Karali
Martinou. This unit is made up of a fattening station for sea bream
and sea bass using floating cages over a 10-hectare area and a fattening
station for new Mediterranean species, which are also cage-cultured
in an area of 15 hectares.
3) Aquaculture unit (for new Mediterranean species) in a 30-hectare
area situated at Dendroulia, Municipality of Opountioi, in the Prefecture
of Fthiotida.
