Profile History Human Resources Facilities R & D Exports INTERFISH S.A. was founded in 1994 and after particularly successful growth in the field of aquaculture during 2000, it absorbed the companies LAGONISI AQUACULTURE Ltd and THEKA AQUACULTURE S.A. During 2003, the company proceeded to buy up 100% of the share capital of a similar company ΤRΙΑΙΝΑ S.A. and its subsidiary "Skoulika Evangelia", which it absorbed in 2004. All these were important companies in the field. As a result, the group today is made up of two companies - INTERFISH S.A. and ΤRΙΑΙΝΑ S.A. - situated in the northern and southern Evoikos Gulf respectively. The total annual production capacity of the group is: • 5,000 tonnes of fish (350g fish) • 25,000,000 fry of sea bream, sea bass, red sea bream and other Mediterranean fish species. In July 2003, the company was listed on the Parallel Market of the Athens Stock Exchange.
